Ι am an Attorney at Law by the Court of Appeals and a member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 1996. I started my career as a legal intern at Alpha Bank Thessaloniki’s legal department and continued as a partner in Thesasaloniki’s biggest firms specialising in Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law. I have been practicing law since 1996 and offering specialised legal services to individuals, companies and organisations in the fields of protection of personal data [compliance with the data protection legislation such as the General Data Protection Regulation (EE), Law 4624/2019 (GR), and other relevant provisions], property management (sales, leases), family law (divorces, spousal relationships, children) and inheritance law (acceptance of inheritance, lawsuits, etc).
My professional experience and knowledge in the above subjects is complemented by the continuous training with my participation in scientific conferences, workshops and seminars in order to offer specialized and complete legal services.

GDPR
In 2018, I was certified as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) by the distinguished certification body TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS. Since then, I have provided specialised personal data protection services to companies/organizations (both private and public), ensuring that the policies and procedures set out under GDPR are met, thanks to my Data Protection Officer (DPO) services as an independent consultant and as a Scientific Design Team member of the GDPR team, which consists of lawyers and IT specialists. During this time, I have been appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO) in multiple companies and organisations, as well as provided specialised advice and solutions for their data-handling activities and adoption of new technologies and services. I also advise natural persons (data subjects) on the legal exercise of their rights concerning the protection of their personal data and I undertake their extrajudicial or judicial defense.
Real Estate Management
Since 1996, I have been providing Real Estate Management services to both Greek citizens and Greek overseas citizens, as well as foreigners for real estate in Northern Greece. I have handled numerous cases involving the purchase and sale of privately owned real estate, rental and management of privately owned or leased real estate, management of tax liabilities related to real estate, services related to the land registry, disputes between co-owners (co-payment services, etc.) the effective exploitation of real estate with a view of maximizing their efficiency, and out-of-court and judicial resolution of real estate management disputes.
Social Insurance Law
Since 1996, I have been supporting individuals (natural/legal entities) before judicial and/or administrative authorities for violations of their rights by acts or omissions of the Administration for tax, civil service and pension cases.
Family Law
Since 1996, I have been supporting private individuals (natural/legal persons) before judicial or administrative authorities for divorce cases/ regulation of relations between spouses and children, alimony, inheritance, wills, acceptance/denial of inheritance.
Education
In February 2018, I was certified as a certified professional of e-EFKA for pension cases.
In February 2018, I was certified as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) according to the criteria and practices of the GDPR, by the distinguished Certification body TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas.
In June 1999 I obtained the title of postgraduate studies in the field of Commercial and Economic Law of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
In June 1994 I obtained the Degree of Law School of Law and Economics of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
In 1993-1994 I attended courses in European Community law in English at the KATHOLIEKE UNIVERSITEIT LEUVEN and obtained a Diploma in European Law equivalent to a Master, with an Erasmus scholarship.
Excellent knowledge of English language and word processing, Spreadsheets, Internet Services.
From 1999 until today I am constantly trained by participating in scientific conferences, seminars and workshops, on the cognitive objects of my professional activity.
