A. PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED OFFICER OF e-ΕΦΚΑ
According to the legislation, the e-EFKA partnership with certified professionals is foreseen to speed up the awarding of pension benefits. Therefore, certified professionals can participate in the process of awarding pension benefits (main and auxiliary pensions) by the Electronic National Social Security Agency (e-EFKA).
After successfully completing the training and certification exams, I hold the necessary certification as its professional e-EFKA and I am registered in its special register of certified professionals.
Therefore, our office undertakes the complete process of claiming a legal pension on your behalf, starting with your complete and thorough information on the matter, the electronic submission of your pension request on the e-EFKA website, but also the management of your request until receiving a pension.
As a "certified professional", our office undertakes the following tasks:
a) Establishing your insurance period in one or more main or auxiliary insurance organizations and issuing a relevant certificate,
b) Establishing the existence or non-payment of contributions of the self-employed or self-employed insured person and issuing the relevant certificate or submitting an application for adjustment,
